In September 2019, my husband, Bruce and I started our WILDFIT® 90 day challenge and had incredible results. Out of all the exercise programs, diets and food methodologies that I have tried, there is only one that has created permanent change in my body and daily habits. It’s called WILDFIT®.
By the end of the 90 day program, Bruce and I together have lost several inches and over 40 pounds. To date, we are now 50 pounds less and 4 sizes smaller, so success continues! WILDFIT® taught us how to eat the ideal human diet. This methodology is based on decades of nutritional anthropology, evolutionary and functional medicine. But as valuable as that information is, it’s not actually my favorite part. The most impactful thing about WILDFIT® is that it taught us the behavioral psychology principles necessary to permanently change our eating habits. It was so much easier than we imagined. The support of our coach and tribe helped us achieve success we never dreamed possible. The bonus with WILDFIT®….we were never hungry and there’s also no extreme exercise required!
This program allowed us to focus on nutrition as the first step in healing and achieving balanced health and wellness. Because I have so much respect for the integrity of the WILDFIT® methodology and the way it’s taught, I became a WILDFIT® coach, so that I could share this information with others.
